About Us
I’m William Bryan, the founder of TrueNorth Soccer, and I believe the game is about more than just winning—it’s about growth, leadership, and making a lasting impact. As a student-athlete at Lipscomb University, an Academic All-American, and a former Rookie of the Year in the Collegiate Conference of the South, I’ve experienced firsthand how soccer shapes character, builds resilience, and teaches invaluable life lessons.
I started TrueNorth Soccer because I want to help young athletes develop not just as players, but as people. My goal is to provide top-level training while also focusing on the mental side of the game, helping players build confidence, leadership, and the mindset needed to succeed.
TrueNorth Soccer is also about giving back. That’s why I’m committed to hiring refugees as assistant coaches, creating mentorship opportunities that benefit both the players and those rebuilding their lives. I want this to be more than just a training program—I want it to be a community where soccer is a vehicle for growth, connection, and purpose.
If you’re looking to take your game to the next level—physically, mentally, and personally—TrueNorth Soccer is here to guide you. Let’s put in the work and grow together.
