What We Do
In-Person Training
Our in-person training programs provide players with high-quality coaching in a structured and supportive environment. Sessions focus on technical skills, tactical awareness, and physical conditioning to help athletes develop into well-rounded soccer players. Our coaches have all played at the collegiate and professional levels, bringing firsthand experience from where you aspire to be. Whether through individual sessions or group training, we emphasize personal growth, teamwork, and discipline to prepare athletes for success both on and off the field.
Online Network
Our online network connects aspiring athletes with expert guidance, resources, and a supportive community to help them reach their goals. From training plans and game analysis to mentorship and recruitment advice, we provide the tools needed to develop both on and off the field. Our network includes former collegiate and professional players who have been where you aspire to be, offering insights and support tailored to your journey. Whether you're refining your skills, building a gym routine, or preparing for the next level, our platform ensures you have everything you need to succeed.
Mentorship Program
Our mentorship program provides young refugees with guidance, responsibility, and a sense of belonging through soccer. We hire them as assistant coaches, giving them meaningful work while surrounding them with positive role models. Each participant is paired with an experienced coach for mentorship on and off the field. We train together twice a week, hang out, and, when possible, attend church on Sundays. More than a job, this program invests in their growth, leadership, and future. To support this mission, 10% of all profits fund our internship program.

Refugee Camps
At TrueNorth Soccer, we believe the game has the power to unite, inspire, and create opportunity. Through our Refugee Camps, we partner with local businesses and communities to provide free soccer camps for refugee youth in Nashville, TN, and Bowling Green, KY.
These camps offer more than just soccer training—they create a space for belonging, mentorship, and growth, helping young athletes develop their skills while building friendships and confidence.
